Velik obstoječ nadstrešek nad neizkoriščeno teraso je vzel dnevni sobi in terasi velik del zahodne svetlobe. Temačnemu stanovanju smo tako odstranili obstoječ nadstrešek in ga nadomestili z lahko kovinsko konstrukcijo, ki ponuja raznolike možnosti za osvetlitev stanovanja in terase. Kovinska konstrukcija omogoča raznoliko umestitev svetil, senčil in opreme glede na počutje, želje, čas v dnevu in čas v letu.

Zunanji bivalni prostor se z notranjim poveže z eno potezo - leseno ploščadjo, ki v dnevni sobi zaradi obstoječe višinske razlike služi kot prostor za sedenje in počitek. Nasproti se odstrani predelna stena in umesti viseča gugalnica. Ustvari se raznolik bivalni prostor.

Prej neizkoriščena terasa s čajno kuhinjo, zazelenitvijo, jedilno mizo ter visečimi mrežami dobi številne nove funkcije. Opazovanje zazelenjenega otoka na terasi v toplini dnevne sobe ali med ležanjem v viseči mreži postane počitek v gaju nad mestom.

Large existing roof over unused terrace took the living room and the terrace of a large part of western light. Shadowy apartment was to remove the existing roof and replacing it with a light metallic structure, which offers a variety of options for lighting homes and terraces. Metal construction provides diverse placement of lights, blinds and equipment in relation to needs, desires, time of day and time of year.

Outdoor living space connects with indoor with a single gesture - a wooden platform. In the living room, because of the existing height difference, serves as a place to sit and rest. Opposite we remove a partition wall and install a swing. In this way we create varied lounge area.

Previously unused terrace with pocket kitchen, patches of greenery, a dining table and hammocks gets many new features. Observing an island of greenery on the terrace in the warmth of the living room or while lying in a hammock becomes a rest in a grove overlooking the city.
